Dr. Bone graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2006, then went on to attend medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital/UAMS Pediatrics. Dr. Bone has been in private practice in central Arkansas since 2013.

Dr. Bone is married to Jeff, and together they have four children. After years in the traditional private practice model, she decided to launch Rooted Pediatrics, allowing her to create a practice where she could delve deeper into the root causes of pediatric illnesses, while continuing to provide well-child and sick visits for her patients and their families.

This is “old-fashioned” medicine, where communication between the doctor and patient is simple and direct, and we can form deep connections."

With this practice model, we are no longer beholden to the insurance companies and may provide the care your child deserves without hidden fees or surprise bills.  Dr. Bone has also pursued additional training in Pediatric Integrative Medicine, an approach to healthcare that combines conventional medical treatments with complementary and alternative therapies to address the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children.

This holistic approach emphasizes the importance of a strong patient-provider relationship and considers the unique needs and lifestyles of young patients. By integrating various therapeutic practices, including nutrition, acupuncture, mindfulness, and herbal medicine, pediatric integrative medicine seeks to promote the overall health and development of children.
